All donations made to Care Child Welfare Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations can be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via our secure payment gateway (PayU Money), and ICICI Bank.
After a successful transaction, you will receive an acknowledgment and donation receipt via email.
Donations may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (subject to certification and applicable law).

We use PayU Money, a secure third-party payment platform.
Your financial details are processed directly by PayU; we do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

To claim tax benefits under Section 80G, please ensure that your PAN details are correctly submitted during the donation process.
Receipts will be issued in the name of the donor as entered on the donation form.

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. All disputes related to donations or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
